Adam Bosen
Director of the Auditory Perceptual Encoding Laboratory at Boys Town National Research Hospital
My research focuses on how people make sense of unclear speech. My lab studies how individual differences in working memory affect speech recognition, in both simulations of hearing loss in people with normal hearing and in patients with cochlear implants. I also work with collaborators to identify fine-grained acoustic cues that support speech recognition.
